The desert is medicine

I have travelled for many years in search of ancient wisdom, sacred landscapes and the deeper memory held within the Earth.

Egypt has been one of my greatest teachers. Through my work with the Q’eros tradition, ceremony and medicine, I have learned to listen to mountains, deserts and places where silence speaks.

Now I feel called to Morocco. To the Amazigh people — the free people. To the desert, the mountains, the colours, the scents, the food and the mystery of a land I have not yet fully met.

As the sun sets behind the dunes, we gather around the fire.

Through ecstatic dance, music and movement, we reconnect with what truly matters. A return to softness. A return to presence.

Not to become someone else. But to remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

This journey includes ecstatic dance, drumming, song circles beneath the stars, encounters with local culture, nomadic life, nature, ceremony and deep connection.

It is not about escaping life. It is about becoming more alive.
